These practices reflect how we operate your account day to day — from the data we store to the steps you can take to request changes or close your account entirely.

Data We Collect

We collect only the data needed to operate your account — name, contact details, payment identifiers linked to UPI or Paytm, and transaction history. We do not sell this data to third parties outside of legally required disclosures.

Cookie Policy

Cookies on b4ufly manage session continuity and load the lobby state when you return. You can adjust cookie preferences through your browser settings; disabling functional cookies may affect how some account pages load.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts and strongly encouraged. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. If you suspect unauthorised access, use the account-lock option in your security settings immediately.

Data Retention

Account and transaction records are retained for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations. After account closure, we retain only the data we are legally obligated to keep, and purge the rest within 90 days.

Requesting Changes

You can request a correction to personal data held on your account at any time by contacting support via email. We will process verified correction requests within 10 working days and confirm completion by email.

Account Closure

To close your account, submit a written request through the Help Centre or email support. Any remaining wallet balance is returned to the PhonePe, Paytm or UPI source used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.

These terms apply to any person who creates or uses a b4ufly account. Access is available where local law in your state or territory within India permits it. It is your obligation to verify that using the platform is lawful in your location.

We will send a notification to your registered email address whenever terms are materially revised. Continuing to log in and use your account after that notice is treated as acceptance of the updated terms. You can close your account if you do not accept the changes.

Send a data-access request to our support email from the address registered on your account. We will compile and deliver your data within 15 working days. The request must come from your registered email for identity verification purposes.

Our terms govern the wallet activity on your b4ufly account. Transactions processed through UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are additionally subject to those providers' own policies, which operate independently of ours and are not overridden by these terms.

Submit your dispute in writing via the Help Centre form or by emailing support with the subject line 'Formal Dispute'. Include your account ID and a clear description of the issue. We acknowledge disputes within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 5 working days.

We retain only what Indian financial regulations require us to keep. All non-mandatory data is purged within 90 days of account closure. You will receive a confirmation email once the data purge is complete for your account.

Yes. Accounts can be suspended for breaching these terms, including fraudulent activity or providing false registration details. We will notify you by email stating the reason, and you have the right to contest the suspension through the dispute process described above.
